For messages we also refresh silently.

Then the text should at least be correct. Actually your code refreshes all 
folders and not only the single one where KMail noticed that it doesn't exist 
anymore.

I currently can't test your code, but I think KIO::ERR_COULD_NOT_READ can also 
for example mean that a message disappeared, access is denied or other things 
besides that the folder does no longer exist happen.
