I actually can't see a real purpose for this question. If the folder is gone, 
then it doesn't make any sense to keep it still displayed.

We silently remove the folder anyway already if KMail is restarted or the 
foldertree is collapsed/expanded.

Sorry, but why should the user have to decide if he want's to have correct or 
incorrect information displayed?
