Package: kmail
Version: 2.2.2

please check for this in v3 and ignore if it's been fixed

I sometimes send mail to a slew of people (NOT spam; i know them all and vice
versa), and to protect their privacy (they don't all know each other) i bcc:
them and write "(broadside)" in to:. Or rather, I did with the emailer I
wrote myself; i've found KMail doesn't like that.

According to the RFC - 821? 822? - in headers, things within (balanced)
parentheses are comments to be ignored. Yet KMail is taking my

	To: (broadside)

line and trying to use "(broadside)" as an email address, choking the SMTP
session. Following the RFC, everything in parentheses ought to be deleted
before trying to extract addresses (in effect). Ie for this purpose my to:
should be treatewd as empty.
