This is more a note to myself than anything.

We detect the case of the index file being out of sync with the mail
file, but currently we just silenty turn off compaction for the
folder.

Instead for this case, and for the case when we detect that the index
file is older than the mail file we should show a dialog telling the
user that the mail folder has become corrupted, and issue a stern
warning telling them that allowing other mail clients to modify the
~/Mail files can cause data corruption and mail loss.

For the Unknown Sender case we should probably regenerate the index
file (and show the warning dialog) too, rather than just turning off
compaction like is currently done.
