The index file(s) of the affected folder(s) seem to have been corrupted. Please make a backup of your ~/Mail folder. After this, copy all messages from an affected folder to a new folder, empty the affected folder (via Folder->Empty), and then move all messages back. Repeat this for all affected folders.
