This is a duplicate of Bug#44516.

BTW, IMO it's a KWin bug. It's probably caused by the fact that we now 
display a little progress dialog to show that KMail is still compacting 
folder/expiring old messages.

KMail forgets windows size if "Store settings" is selected.
Dunno if this is a problem of KWin or KMail, but I suppose is just a bad interaction \
between the two.

I use a pretty big window size and everything is fine if I don't select "Store \
settings". Otherwise, next time KMail will have the littles window it can obtain (no \
less because the decoration imposes a minimum size).
