When 'Send Again" is used, KMail defaults the From field on the new email to the default identity.

Instead, should always copy the "From" field from the original email (regardless whether this is a defined KMail identity, or something custom that was typed in From: for the original email).

Example:

Original email:
From:me@mydomain.com
To:you@yourdomain.com

After send-again should be (the same as above, regardless of what identities are defined in KMail):
From:me@mydomain.com
To:you@yourdomain.com
