OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.4.18
OS/Compiler notes: 

Hi,

in past versions of kmail I got errors like this:
logged in too frequently, try again in 4m5s
if I tried to get new mails every 10 secs ;)

Now I get a password / login error.

This is from telnet:
-ERR logged in too frequently, try again in 4m5s
Connection closed by foreign host.

This is a better error message because a user will not think something is wrong with the password.

I report this as a bug because in the past it worked I think.
