I can't believe that you're using my latest patch.
Imap folders are listed below Local Folders, no matter what the account-name 
is. And I can click on the welcome page and after that on a folder without a 
problem. I'm runnning HEAD here, perhaps that makes a difference but I can 
test in work because there I'm running kmail with BRANCH.
