Your version of KMail can't decode attachments. Therefore the encoded 
attachment can't be the problem. Which version of PGP are you using? 
Please have a look at the running processes (ps uxwww) after selecting 
the problematic message and send us the output.

Sorry, I don't understand what you want to say. As you seem to speak 
german please explain your problem in german in private mail.

Anyway, you should take Marc's advice and use GnuPG instead of PGP.
