Version: 1.4.1 (using KDE 3.0.1)
Severity: normal
OS: Linux (i686) kernel-2.4.18-6mdk

New IMAP folder not displayed when it's added with another IMAP client, or 
manually.
To reproduce:
1) cretae local IMAP folder/account in KMail
 it's displayed inKMail
2) go to another mail cleint, say, Evolution.
 Create folder in Evolution
3) return back to KMail.
 Folder not displayed
4) Check mail
 -> folder still not displayed

Same is valid if you create folder on IMAP server manually (via telnet)
