For some reason, messages mangled by the bug report system (it was about the \
encoding) don't get passed to GnuPG and therefore don't produce a color frame. While \
this is all right, it is dangerous to show the green 'PGP message' colorbar in this \
case because it gives a false sense of security.

This used to be fixed at least in KDE_3_0_BRANCH but is obviously broken in HEAD.
