I too have had intermittent problems with printing from Kmail. I am using =
SuSE 7.3 with KDE 2.2.2 and CUPS. When I either press the print button or =
go to File -> Print the Kjobviewer window comes up and then nothing =
happens. If I check the output of "top"  it shows job pstoraster by owner =
lp running and running. If not stopped it will continue to run for days =
consuming 90+% of CPU time. I have no problems printing from Konqueror, =
Koffice, StarOffice or OpenOffice. However, sometimes printing from Kmail =
works fine. In all cases these are text messages without html or images.

Any thoughts?
