Installed from:    Mandrake Linux 8.2 i586 - 8.2
Compiler:          gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Mandrake Linux 8.2 2.96-0.76mdk)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.4.18-6mdkenterprise
OS/Compiler notes: 

I could not delete the account in Kmail and I found the following fix on the net.
1. Remove ~/.kde/share/config/kmailrc
2.Configure KMail with it's own config dialog

The solution worked.  However, I can not send the email out.
I can receive the emails but not send them out.
