If you don't have a backtrace available and the crash is not 
reproducible, the developers can't do anything about this, sorry.

I use IMAP with KMail and when I tried to change to another folder, KMail crashed, \
showing a SIGSEV screen (you know: what's this...) But there was no backtrace \
available.

It happend only once until now and I am running KMail for almost the whole day now \
without any other crashes.
