In KNode the key D deletes a single message, Ctrl+D deletes the whole \
thread. For consistency it would be nice to have the same functionality in \
KMail. Now, this obviously poses a problem when messages are not displayed \
as threads. Maybe, in that case Ctrl+D should not be available or we could \
pop up a message box on first usage asking the user if he wants Ctrl+D to \
delete whole threads even when messages are not shown as threads.
Another question is whether Ctrl+D should delete the *whole* thread or only \
all messages below and including the marked message.
