The patch doesn't look complete. At least KMAddrBookExternal::launch still 
tries to launch kab, if it was choses in an earlier version of KMail.

Maybe KMAddrBookExternal::useKAddressbook should always return TRUE and 
useKab() always FALSE.

Also a tab that contains only a combobox where the user can only a choose 
between one and the same entry isn't really useful. Please hide the whole 
tab.
