Obviously. What I meant though, is that maybe this is just a very 
low-budget/low-manpower operation (Free network connectivity for 
schools in Namibia) and some user has just sat down started using 
this connectivity, gotten Dr. Konqui and said: "oh, I guess I'll send 
that in, like it says."  Does Dr. Konqui show the date of the release 
to the user? (no 20000720 does not count for a very new user)

My only point was, maybe it's not *so* 'amazing' as it seemed, and 
one shouldn't assume too much about their awareness of the current 
version, etc.
