I didn't test it, but it doesn't look like to set "[General]-transports" to 
"1".

Originally I made this defaulting to one local transport, but I revomed that 
later, because this results in people wondering why KMail made them believing 
their mail has been sent and in reality it's still undelivered and actually 
somewhere in /var/spool/mqueue.
