Agree too.

Regarding the folder creation with filters I doubt that there is a real use 
for that. I cannot imagine a situation where I would setup a filter which 
will somewhen create a folder to put a mail there.
Expecting a lot of mails for that folder, I'll definitly create it before 
setting up the filter. If I expect only a dozen mails in one year met by a 
filter (set up to move it to a newly created folder) then I could do that 
job manually too. Why should I create another filter for a few of those 
mails? There are already enough filters without that.
