Well, that is, because we once changed this line in KMFolderDialog::slotOk 
from
if (!mFolder || mFolder->protocol() != "imap")
to
if (!mFolder)

Seems, it's original purpose was to disable renaming moving of IMAP folders, 
which I didn't remember myself.
Now it disables these actions for all folders.

However there was a bug that got fixed by this change.
Carsten, do you remember, what that was?
