I don't think this dialog is useless at all. It's _very_ useful and it 
will only become more so in the future.

Instead of removing it, why not add a checkbox for toggling the 
content-disposition from attachment to inline (Evolution calls it 
something like "Suggest inline displaying of attachment")?

Also, we'll surely add "sign" and "encrypt" checkboxes to this dialog 
once the Aegypten branch is merged.

But the little part of the patch that you posted is OK. From me, please 
apply (the double-click opens dialog).
