Sorry, but there is a misunderstanding. I tried to say

1.) If you want to reply to the sender (instead of to the Reply-To 
address) use "Send reply to..." from the context menu of the sender's 
email address in the reader pane.

2.) If you want to reply to a mailing list use "Reply List" which can be 
found in the Message menu and which is bound to (small) 'L' by default. 
Of course the current folder must be configured as mailing list folder.

3.) There is no "Reply to sender" option and IMO there is no need for 
one because of 1.)
