With a fresh KDEHOME, and a fresh Mail dir, KMail crashes on startup,
right after the dialog telling me it created the new maildir. Subsequent
runs just crash on startup.

console output is:

libkdenetwork: creating new pgp object
libkdenetwork: Kpgp: no pgp found
kmail: No Qt-native utf-7 codec found; registering QUtf7Codec from
libkdenetwork
kmail: entering KMKernel::init()
kmail: KMKernel::openReader called
khtml (part): KHTMLPart::init this=0x82d1578 d=0x82d88c8

(Dr. Konqui was giving me garbage, so I ran in gdb with --nofork)

Don't think of a bug as a problem. Think of it as a call to action.
