I agree that KDE apps should be keyboard usable as well as mouse usable.  
But keyboard usability shouldn't be treated as a substitute for the normal 
graphical representations.

You said "via the rmb menu," then I responded to that, and then to respond 
to me you say "in the Message menu."

I couldn't actually run KMail to see (I'm getting a crash on startup which 
I'm now investigating) but if it's in the Message menu why didn't you just 
say so in the first place?
