Huge folders are much faster meanwhile and the slowness is not related to the 
format the mails are stored in.
We also supports maildir now, btw.

Is it possible to change the mailfolders to database mail folders or any other faster \
format, because I think kmail  starts very slow with a lot mails in the folders.
