------
	This bug is forwarded from the Debian BTS, as it was filed on
	a Debian package.
	The original bug report can be seen at http://bugs.debian.org/113398.
	As far as I know, it is not a duplicate of any existing bug.
	If it is, I will pick this up and merge within the next 12 hours;
	Otherwise, please merge yourself.
	Thankyou, Daniel Stone <daniel@sfarc.net>, the "other"
	Debian KDE maintainer.
------

I have a situation in which I've tagged approximately 600 messages in an
IMAP folder for deletion. (I select the 600, then hit the delete button).
KMail apparently deletes them one by one; that is, issues a separate IMAP
command for each one. Rather than doing this, it should apply a flag to a
range of messages, then issue an expunge command. If it did this, it could
do the entire operation with far less bandwidth and in less than a second
instead of 10 minutes. (GNUS does this).
