Just set the filter to "if to contains xxx.com, then forward message to log@xxx.com".

Well, you know the story... 300 emails later, my forwarded forwarded forwards are \
still coming in.

Anyway, the moral of this story for you guys is that it might be nice to have an \
action for outgoing mail like "CC: to" and "BCC: to" which would automatically send \
the mail to another location, without having to create a whole separate message.
