two remarks

- - imo the option should always be visible in the rmb menu and not only 
if the number of unread messages is greater than zero. of course it 
should be disabled if the number of unread messages is zero.

- - please add a -p as option to the diff command in your .cvsrc. this 
will make diff show the name of the function the change occurs in.
