It could have all three, with reply to list greyed out if the folder
isn't a mailing list.

What would be really nice, to cater for those of us who hit the
wrong button, and notice half way through writing the email, is
a way to switch whether it's a reply to the author, a mailing
list, or a reply to all, within the composer.

This would require the composer to remember what the three options
are, and to change the To/Cc fields as required.

So the composer toolbar would have three icons, one of which would
be selected depending on how the reply was activated.

Whether anyone else thinks this might be useful is another matter
entirely of course.
