If you compile yourself:
You can increase the numer of search pattern rules in kmsearchpattern.h:
// maximum number of filter rules per filter
#define FILTER_MAX_RULES 8
(up to a hard limit of 26 (a..z))

and the number of actions in kmfilter.h:
// maximum number of filter actions per filter
const int FILTER_MAX_ACTIONS = 8;
(There's no such limit there, but > 8 hasn't been tested...)
