KMail 1.3.1 does not support SMTP authentication.

How to reproduce: Not able w/o my ISP SMTP and username/ pw
Expeced Behavior: It's supposed to send email, but it doesnt. What is strange is that \
Netscape can send email just fine, but KMail has a real problem with it! It just wont \
do it. I have everything configured the same way as in Netscape.
