Well I didn't implement support for nested distribution
lists. I didn't think it would be really useful and it
isn't supported in kdelibs (kabc) yet.
Removing duplicate email addresses sounds like a nice
feature. But it should be done for all emails I think not
just for ones sent to distribution lists. Hmm, I wonder if
anyone actually wants to send an email to the same address
twice on purpose?
And these reply/forward options aren't implemented but I can
see how they would be useful. Unfortunately I'm not sure
what the GUI should be like.
