Package: kmail
Version: 1.3.1 (using KDE 2.2.1 )
Severity: normal
Installed from: SuSE
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (SuSE)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.13
OS/Compiler notes:

I got some strange crashes today everytime kmail tried to fetch new mail.
I found out, that there are just 2MB left on the home device. That's really \
misleading, because I was already analyzig the mails which I thought have caused the \
crash.

The correct behaviour should be:
If kmail wants to write a new mail, but there's not enough space left, kmail should \
interrupt fetching the mails, pop up a message box, which tells the user about the \
problem. The user can now fix the problem and press on 'Try again' to continue it'S \
operation.
