I think it would be even better if the completion can find some of the 
following completion matches:

1. To be case insensitive
2. To match either the beginning of the name, or the beginning of the address.

Examples: "joe" to match all of the following:

Joe Doe <jd@some.com>
Joseph <joe@some.com>
joe <j@some.com>

maybe to satisfy all tatest, make these configurable so the user can select 
which of those matching algorithms to be used when finding matches.
