Thanks for the patch. However when I create a new folder and the combo box is 
visible, it switches to the first folder in the list. Actually it should not 
change at all.
Btw, as long as the folder list is thrown away again imediately, you can also 
use a normal QValueList<KMFolder*> instead of QGuardedPtr.
This ComboBox should probably also be used in the composer window for the 
sent-mail folder.
