A special folder that contains Icons for different templates of emails. Doubleclicking on a template would display it, and a wizard for presetting values in the message. The template would consist of a the mail, with variable identifiers in places, and a list of variables at the bottom. A window would pop up when you create a mail based on the template, and ask you for the values you want in those variables, then click ok and it would allow you to preview/edit the mail, then send it.
