I added some kdDebug's to 
KMHeaders::contentsMousePressEvent(QMouseEvent* e) and found out that 
this function isn't called if the RMB is pressed. If the LMB or MMB is 
pressed it is called. In the folder pane we didn't reimplement this 
function but use the signal rightButtonPressed instead to open the 
context menu.
