No because both messages are shown correctly for me (using a current cvs 
version of KMail). What do you mean with "not displayed correctly"? If 
you see the HTML source code then you probably haven't enabled "Prefer 
HTML to plain text" in the Folder menu. If there is another problem 
then this is most likely a problem in the khtml part and not in KMail.
