Ok, doing so.

Seems I wrote something wrong. It should be
"telnet <your-server> 143"
That works always, when you also can access via IMAP, but it anyway doesn't
seem to be the problem I expected then.

Hello!

I have a large number of Mails which are stored on an IMAP server.

Now everytime I select one of my mail-folders with KMail, all the headers are \
downloaded. If I click on a different folder and come back to the first one, the mail \
headers are downloaded once more which is annoyung and time-consuming.

Can you implement the use of a local cache or something like this for already \
downloaded mails?

Thank you!

Best regards
Johannes
