I ran:

[root@wizard klyx-0.10.0]# ./configure --with-qt-dir=/usr/lib/qt-1.45/
--with-qt-includes=/usr/lib/qt-1.45/include/
--with-qt-libraries=/usr/lib/qt-1.45/lib/ --prefix=/opt/klyx

This ran just fine, so then I ran:

[root@wizard klyx-0.10.0]# make && make install
make  all-recursive
