I'd guess that there is an issue with Klyx in how it generates the
LaTeX code.  If you have some time, you might try to hack down the
generated LaTeX to see if you can produce a small example, and then
figure out what Klyx is doing when it generates that section.

Sorry, not a Klyx or (La)TeX expert.
