On Don, 28 Jan 1999 Heiko Nardmann send me a printer patch.

Thanks Heiko, but this patch is already in the repository - actually did I put
in a slightly different version (that I believe is correct instead of the
patch - it's giving a bool instead of strings to writeEntry( ), 'cause we are
reading back by readBoolEntry).

Well, does anybody have a klyx version that does allow to export dvi's ?
I am going to look into the problem, but if there is already a fixed version, I
would be glad to put that into the repository.
