Hi,

I've added two new functions (and its menu items):

1. "window-split-vertical". It is bound to "C-x 3", as in (X)Emacs
   and ... ('xemacs.bind' file).

2. "window-split-horizontal" as a synonym of "window-split", bound
   to "C-x 2".
