Feature request: Modify the prompt $PS1 to show an indicator that we
are in a "klik shell environment". Maybe like that:

 (a)   PS1="\u@\h:\w\$ klik> "
 (b)   PS1="\u@\h:\w\$ klik://$klikapp> "

(where "$klikapp" stands for the application which's .cmg was union-
mounted).

I think the benefits are obvious:

  * less chance for confusion with normal shell environment when using
    a different prompt;
  * with (b): if multiple .cmgs mounted, you know which one's environ-
    ment you currently are at;
