I've added a new directory for the bindings of qt classes 
(kjsembed/qtbindings) and moved them. This means that it is now possible to 
support qcombobox etc. in the qtonly version (the limitation that caused them 
to be disabled originally was simply a build issue). I added an untested 
first cut of .pro file too, so you should be able to get this working now.
