Okay KJSEmbed is a full embedded version of KJS that is bound to Qt, so
you can write applications in ecmascript that look like Qt. It sounds
like you just want a ecma interpreter. Thats just KJS from kdelibs, and
that is infiniitely simpler.

What you will probibly have to do is look for stuff in the makefiles that
looks like it is autogenerated by the build process. Generate these under
linux or cygwin. Then you will have to look for missing headers that are
Unix only... These 99.9% of the time have different names on Win32, but
the functions are similar. The only painful ones you will probibly have
to deal with are pcre for regexps, and maby some issues with unix
date/time. Since KJS has only been used by Apple and KDE, its only really
been beaten on in Unix.

That being said, your best line of attack would be to contact one of the
original authors of KJS, and see if they can give you a heads up on a
win32 port. You may be the one who performs the port though, but feel
free to ask questions here or to the authors.
