My Lucent Orinoco says it's a 5v card (the checkbox on the back has 5v
checked), but works at 3.3v in my Zaurus with the semsons adapter. It
does eat batteries faster than my WCF12, but the antenna jack makes it
worth it.

I got my adapter from http://www.semsons.com
