I have seen at least one database where people submit their
wardriving logs, and it makes that data available. You can
probably find them by simply doing a web search on "wardriving".
If you even have a wireless network, it'll probably show up on
these databases eventually. However, it's not a "list of open
networks".

A list of open networks is of very limited usefulness, since such
networks cover an extremely small geographic area, and are out of
date before they are made. It's easier to just drive through an
area and see what's there.

You're much better off forgetting about the lists, and just work
on securing your network. There are so many open networks out
there that even something as simple as enabling WEP (which can be
broken) will get the unwanted people to move on.
