I've got ministumbler - getting the dump data is exactly what I want.
Actually, just running tethereal would be ok.  The goal here is for network
auditing.  I want to be able to collect data inconspicously and then analyze
it off-site.

3850 works fine here -- did not see any problems, except qtopia starts up
upside down...
anyway, i think the handhelds should only detect and display info
about the networks, and not dump all the packets to a file (in my
opinion).
exactly what the ministumbler for win ce does.
packet collection can be done later with a laptop and a large hd.
